Här kan ni lesa min fulla bio: Sigrid Vetleseter Bøe is a Norwegian soprano born in 1989. She grew up in Bøfjorden in Norway and received her education from NTNU Institutt for Musikk and Stockholm College of Opera, and made her debut as Erste Dame in W. A. Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte at The Swedish Royal Opera in the last year of her studies. Lately, Sigrid has been performing roles such as Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus, Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, Blümenmädchen in Parsifal, Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, Sylva in Die Csárdásfürstin, Helmwige in Die Walküre, Pamina in Die Zauberflöte, Solveig in Peer Gynt, Micaëla in Carmen, Mimi and Musetta in La bohème, Violetta in La traviata and Nedda in I Pagliacci, Fiordiligi in Cosi fan tutte, and Contessa and Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro, to name a few. She has also sung several modern music world premieres in the operatic and Lied genre. She has performed as a soloist with orchestras like Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, Trondheim Symphony Orchestra, Arctic Philharmonic, The Nordic Chamber Orchestra, Norrköping Symphony Orchestra, Malmö Opera Orchestra and Royal Swedish Opera Orchestra. Sigrid has also performed many oratorios and Lied cycles, among them are O. Golijov’s Three songs for soprano and string orchestra, A. Berg’s Sieben frühe Lieder, D. Shostakovich’s Symphony no. 14 and Seven romances for soprano and piano trio, G. Verdi’s Messa da Requiem, G. Fauré’s Requiem, P. Heise’s Dyvekes sange, H. Berlioz’ Les nuits d’été, E. Grieg’s Hjertets melodier, Kongsæmnerne, Fiskerjenten, Haugtussa and Vinjesongane, F. Mendelssohn’s Elijah, J. Haydn’s Die Jahreszeiten, Die Schöpfung and Missa Brevis in Bb, W. A. Mozart’s Requiem and Coronation Mass and A. Vivaldi’s Gloria, as well as J. S. Bach’s Weihnachtsoratorium and G. Händel’s Messiah. Sigrid proudly received the highest score of the 2021 Elizabeth Connell Prize for dramatic sopranos and won a grant of AUD $10.000 to help her career.
