Lena Stamm is a professional actress, director, and filmmaker with a Masters in Performing Arts from the Filmakademie Konrad Wolf, Germany, one of Europe's most respected film schools. She has continued her training with acting coaches in Berlin, Los Angeles, and the UK, and completed a Coaching Course at the University of Cambridge in 2025. Her films have won multiple awards at international festivals across the US, UK, and Sweden including Best Film, Best Performance, and Best Ensemble Cast. On stage, she has been recognised with Best Actress, Actress of the Year, and the prestigious Monica Bleibtreu Award in Hamburg. She has been invited to speak on industry panels as a recognised voice in independent film - a field where she has built a career spanning over two decades. Years of professional feedback -brutal and otherwise- sharpen your instincts fast. That foundation -voice, body, presence, structure -is what she now brings now to her clients. Lena coaches in English and German, working with professionals across a range of industries and backgrounds in Sweden and beyond.
