I bring over ten years of experience in the service industry, consistently delivering high standards of guest care in fast-paced, international environments. Throughout my career, I have been recognized multiple times for outstanding performance, including Employee of the Month nominations, “Joker of the Year” at Oxford Spires Hotel for my positive attitude and empathetic approach, and Employee of the Year at Hilton in 2022 within my first seven months. These recognitions reflect my strong commitment to service excellence, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences. I am a proud father of an incredible eight-year-old son, who continually inspires my personal growth and perspective. Through this journey, I have developed a deeper understanding of neurodiversity, which has strengthened my self-awareness, focus, observational skills, and commitment to honesty and integrity. I consider my attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to read situations quickly as strong professional assets. I am passionate about communication and human connection. Outside of work, I enjoy inline skating, reading, fitness, and staying connected with friends through gaming.
